A Collaborative Approach

By bringing together these specialized consultants, we create a comprehensive support system that addresses the varied needs of our children and families. This collaborative approach ensures that we are not only focusing on academic growth but also nurturing the physical, emotional, and social well-being of every child in our care.

Chris & Carla Russo
Founder

As proud founders of our daycare and parents of two beautiful and distinctly unique daughters, we appreciate the diverse ways in which each child learns and plays. Our journey as parents inspires us to cultivate a nurturing environment where every child can explore, grow, and flourish in their own special way.

Registered Dietitian

Nutrition plays a crucial role in the growth and development of young children. Our registered dietitian works closely with our staff to design healthy meal plans that meet the dietary needs of our children. They provide guidance on age-appropriate nutrition, ensuring that each child receives balanced meals that support their physical health and well-being. Additionally, our dietitian offers resources and education for families, empowering them to make informed choices about nutrition at home.

Nurse

To ensure the health and safety of our children, we have a dedicated nurse who visits our daycare weekly. The nurse conducts health assessments, provides guidance on immunizations, and addresses any medical concerns that may arise. Their presence allows us to maintain a safe environment and ensures that we are proactively managing the health needs of our children. Parents can feel confident knowing that there is a healthcare professional on-site to support their children’s well-being.

Social Consultant
Teacher

Social-emotional development is essential in early childhood. Our social consultant specializes in helping children build strong social skills, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships. They provide valuable insights and strategies to our educators, enabling them to create a supportive environment where children can express their feelings, develop empathy, and learn conflict resolution skills. With this support, we foster a community where every child feels connected and valued.

Educational Consultant
Teacher

Our educational consultant plays a pivotal role in enhancing our curriculum and teaching practices. They work with our educators to implement developmentally appropriate strategies that align with the Connecticut Early Learning and Development Standards (CT ELDS). By providing ongoing training and support, the educational consultant helps our staff create engaging, individualized learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our children. This collaboration ensures that we are continuously improving our educational offerings.
